Daniel Dajewski, the new President of Radpol
Mr. Daniel Dajewski will be a new President of the Board of Radpol. The new President will take over the post on the 1st of March.
Radpol is a group with a substantial potential. Extensive and complementary offer that fulfills the needs of a number of transmission businesses and technologies based on innovative solutions are among its advantages. The Radpol factories have reserves in manufacturing capabilities and have still the ability to increase them and additionally and what is very important – as a multi factory organization, there are different synergies that take place among them. It is a solid basis to build still stronger position not only in Poland but also abroad. Therefore, increasing its turnover, especially foreign sales, at obviously a proper profitability, will be the main task for the company in the coming period. My experience that I have gained during recent years that was actually the development of sales of manufacturing companies in European markets will be definitely useful to reach the purpose – says Daniel Dajewski, the newly appointed President of Radpol.
Daniel Dajewski, formerly working for Magnaplast(1996-1999), Pipelife Poland (1999-2006), Pipelife Czech Republic (2006-2008), Pipelife Russia (2009-2010) and Balex Metal (2010-2013). At Pipelife Russia he was the managing director responsible, among others, for restructuring, creating new sales network, organizing the sales team and starting off a new factory. At Balex Metal he held the posts, among others, of the sales director and the managing director responsible for subsidiaries. It was his task to manage the sales processes in the whole Balex Group, also the export ones.
Daniel Dajewski graduated from the Economic Academy in Poznań (currently Economic University in Poznań). He also finished numerous trainings in the fields of sales, negotiation techniques and human resources management.
