Construction of a bypass for a waste water collector with PE100 pipes from Radpol

Sewage from Kalisz, Nowe Skalmierzyce and Gołuchów commune is transported by means of a system of transfer collectors and pumping to the sewage treatment plant. The investor has planned a renovation of the section of the DN800mm sewer discharge manifold in Kościelna Wieś near Kalisz, 1165m long, together with the replacement of used fittings and chamber sealing. The works were carried out using the trenchless method with the help of thermosetting pressure sleeve technology. However, in order to carry out the planned renovation it was necessary to make the so-called “bypass”, which took over the sewage transport for the time of renovation works.

For this purpose, Radpol supplied PE100 d630 SDR26 pipes, which are produced in our plant in Lublin in diameters up to 1000mm.
